Limited P2P between Nexus S and SCL 3711

Written for nfcpy by Stephen Tiedemann on 2011-06-18

Recent tests with a Google Nexus S and the NDEF Push Server examples/npp-test-server.py brought up an interesting communication problem between those two. If the Nexus S runs as the NFC-DEP Initiator, which can be forced by setting "--mode target" option for the npp-test-server, an NDEF message sent from the Nexus should not be more than 59 bytes. If the NDEF message is longer the SCL 3711's PN533 complains about a DEP protocol error which is currently just the end of the game. No known workaround yet.
