Comment 9 for bug 655171

I have encountered the same problem while running 'su -s /bin/sh -c "nova-manage db sync" nova' during the first install of Nova in Kilo. Deleting the '/var/lib/nova/nova.sqlite' file helped the problem.
It seems like the word "can" in phrase "you can delete the /var/lib/nova/nova.sqlite file" in installation guide should be replaced with "must".
