NUnitLite Moves to Launchpad

The NUnitLite project, a light-weight test framework based on NUnit, has moved to launchpad, where it will continue to be developed. The current status of the codebase was created from the latest version on CodePlex, but without maintaining history.

NUnitLite will continue to be developed and maintained separately until it is merged with NUnit itself, which will be moving to Launchpad in the near future.
