NUnit V2 URL Change

Written for NUnit V2 by Charlie Poole on 2009-08-28

The URLs for NUnit V2 (2.5, 2.5.1, etc.) have changed. They now use nunitv2 in place of nunit-2.5.

For example, the old project url
   http://launchpad.net/nunit-2.5
is now
   http://launchpad.net/nunitv2

This is being done because it appears likely that we will have further 2.x releases beyond the current one.
