.debs and PPA available

It is possible to keep up-to-date with the latest version using launchpad's PPA service,

- goto: https://launchpad.net/~nzbirc/+archive
- add the appropriate sources to your apt configuration file
- install nzbirc through apt-get/aptitude/synaptic/etc.

.deb files are located in the downloads section of this project
