OpenDocs aims to provide office tools (text editor, slide presentation) in your browser offline by html and JavaScript. It aims to be very fast (unlike well known programs such as MS Office and OpenOffice.org), full-featured (following the html5 specification) and cross-browser (at least Mozilla/Gecko and Apple/Webkit).
Code will follow soon in the form of AGPL.
