FWIW, I cannot find any link to http://docs.openstack.org/developer/openstack-ansible/liberty/install-guide/install-infrastructure-verify.html in the docs on master branch. nor can I find the original RST source file. Its unclear how to go about removing the previously generated HTML from the doc site.

Appears that https://review.openstack.org/#/c/268317/ removed the original RST
