I have realized some tests by using other cache backend (dogpile) and the error doesn't occur with it.

With oslo.cache backend we can notice that all acquiring connections seems dropped at each usage of the ConnectionPool.

Oslo cache was managed by oslo.messaging and eventlet.

Also I guess we have a similar issue than this other bug (https://bugs.launchpad.net/oslo.messaging/+bug/1813029), I need to try to bump the version in use to try to fix the problem.
