version 0.2.1 - bug fix release
* removed constant POWERED_BY as it is language dependent and goes into translation files
* fixed bug with fields using value lists so they properly store multiple values, and display the radiogroup or check boxes approriately in the metadata editing forms.
* fixed bug where field id was not stored with field label in rel_id field
* changed inc_attachments file in clean theme to show 'Download file' instead of 'Edit file' in link title attribute
* updated jquery filetree css to include icon for vCard format, updates mime_info config to add vCard .vcf extension
* added translations for vCard format in MIME types; check to see if translation exists before displaying in cms/content controller
* fixed media scan to properly display number of new files, instead of all files
* added .asc file type (GPG/PGP signatures) to allowed mime types
* display cms menus on cms/content
* add file size info to attachments in parser controller
* encode special characters to utf-8 before converting to uri-friendly format in phsite_helper
* updated 'clean' theme to version 0.2
* updated .htaccess directives to work on Dreamhost servers
* fixed build_menu function in phsite_helper to use anchor() in generating links, so links are relative to site root
* fixed media scan function to properly index all new files
