Points2One 0.2.7 released

Written for Points2One by Goyo on 2011-03-12

Fix lp:730963: Points2One, one node cases.
Now the plugin do not crashes when there are not enough points to make a feature off, instead that feature is just skipped and the user is informed of the issue at the end of the process.
It will be available from the contributed QGis repository soon but if you are brave enough you can download it from http://launchpad.net/points2one/trunk/0.2.7/+download/Points2One-0.2.7.zip and unzip in your .qgis directory.
