Bug Description

Nowhere is it explained what that means, after some IRC discussion SteveA and i decided that it denotes the specification as Informational only, but it may not, we were only guessing, this image could use an alt or title text so that its fuction is explained when hovered over.
A key would be nice i guess, too.
