Bug Description
I'm running a fresh install of Breezy Badger preview release 1 on amd-64.
My Network Manager applet does not display eth0. When I add a new instance of it
to the gnome bar, I get the following error message:
Please contact your system administrator to resolve the following problem:
SIOCGIFFLAGS error: No such device
When I right click and go to properties, the selection box is blank and it says
"Error" underneath. The card gets on the network fine. Also, the lo device does
show up in the pulldown, and when I select it, it seems to monitor that device
correctly.
My net card is a via rhine - from lspci:
0000:00:12.0 Ethernet controller: VIA Technologies, Inc. VT6102 [Rhine-II] (rev 74)
not sure what else would be useful.
thanks
