Bug Description

If I'm a member of team A, and team A is a member of team B, then the emblem
for team B should be displayed on my person page.

We have heirarchies of teams, and administrators at the top of the heirarchy don't get the merit badges of the more specialized teams. Which makes people like mdz have very few badges.
