No apparent way to follow up on a review a registrant has received.

Bug Description

I created a spec. I asked someone to review it, he reviewed it. Now I want to follow up and reply him. UI does not offer any option to follow up on the review input. I can either "Request review" again, or attempt other means of communication to further discuss the specification. (maybe that's the purpose?)

I found this in the status notes field -- I think it rather belongs in a comment:

"We have had complaints from Distro Team members because the spec Assignee does not get notified if their spec criteria are changed. If fields such as Status, Priority, Assignee etc change, they would like to get an e-mail notification of the change."
