Searching for the beginning of my name does not return my name

Bug Description
If I search for silentk, in the people search, I expect to have my name returned, but on silentknocker is returned. I would have thought that both usernames would be returned?

This happens because we search on the index created by tsearch2. I think the only way to fix this is by searching also on the beginning of Person.displayname and Person.name.
