Bug Description
I tried to merge a duplicate account "welshbyte" into this account not long ago but after receiving the email to the address of the obsolete account, following the link in it and providing my password, launchpad gave me an "Oops" with id: OOPS-115A436

This was triggered by a new database constraint being added to the production database yesterday. I'm updating the code to cope and will push it to production when I'm done.
