We should be able to get a sourcepackagerelease directly from IPackageUploadCustom

For the method IPackageUploadCustom.publish_ROSETTA_TRANSLATIONS we need a way to get the ISourcePackageRelease related to this publish action.

At the moment we use:

self.distroreleasequeue.builds[0].build.sourcepackagerelease but we should have an easy way to do it.
