Bug Description
When trying to access the following URL, I got OOPS-20C58:

Judging by the traceback and the template code, this would be caused by one of the matched bug tasks having a sourcepackagename of NULL.
The bugtask-
The page template should be altered to handle this case, and a page test should be written to test this scenario.
