Malone should sync status changes and comments with the upstream bug reports it's watching

Bug Description

When a link is made from a Malone bug to an external bug report, Malone should know how to pull in status changes and comments added to that upstream bug report.

The "imported" comments may need to be displayed in a different way from the comments that were added in Malone.

To me it seems that he wants, in Malone terms, that when he adds an
upstream bug watch, he wants comments and status changes from the
upstream bug tracker to be added to the Malone bug. The original plan
was to have cron scripts that did this. We already have some, and we
should probably take some time to review them, and make sure that they
work the way we want them to work, and improve them as necessary.

not exactly. the use case is to track information (status change, comments) from the upstream report in the malone report without having to do anything manual besides setting up the initial relation of the bug reports. this is surely dependent on the upstream bug tracking system as well. if that is implemented by an email interface (the upstream BTS pushing this information), or a cron job (launchpad pulling the information from upstream) is a matter of implentation.

Well, status changes are supported today -- look at
malone/externalsystem.py. We'd need to extend that to share some of
James' sync-comments code, perhaps, to get the effect desired.

We'd also need UI input as to how we would mark the "imported" messages
to differentiate them from "local" messages.

Malone doesn't update statuses of Novell's and Mandriva's bugwatches. See bug #59695 for an example.

We now import and differentiate; this is obsolete.

@azrael - yes, each bug tracker needs its own module to support it. We'd welcome patches to support Novell and Mandriva better than we do today.
