Bug Description
While it is easy to find out what remote bugs a particular Launchpad bug is watching, it is not easy to find out what Launchpad bugs watch a particular remote bug. The obvious place to put such pages would be:
..../
This also provides a stable URL to find out what Launchpad knows about a particular remote bug.
If there is only one bug watch for the given bug number, this could simply redirect to the appropriate Launchpad bug.
If there are multiple bug watches for the given remote bug number, a summary of the relevant Launchpad bugs could be displayed.
