Issuezilla bug watches are failing to update

Bug Description

If a bug watch is pointing to a bug in an Issuezilla bug tracker, the bug watch will fail to update, since Issuezilla differs slightly from Bugzilla.

The issue is that there is more than one issue_id node inside an issue node, I think. I've just pushed a commit that attempts to find out why this happens.
