Import queue: ForbiddenAttribute: pofile oopses when importing gnome-panel for Georgian

try to fill in "gnome-panel" and "gnome-panel-2.0" for package and domain, and select Georgian from the list of languages. OOPS!

I got OOPS-28A425.

This happens when there is another import stalled and we need to wait for it.

The problem here was that we were missing the potemplate and pofile attributes in the interface ITranslationImportQueueEntry.

I added it but I still get the same error and the only way I found to fix it was to use Int or Choice instead of Attribute.
