Bug Description
A POFile should not share its path value with any other POFile stored inside the same sourcepackage or product series. This is breaking our guessing code and produces that a pofile is imported in the wrong template.
This is what produced the behaviour in bug 41653.

Increasing its importance because this starts to be really annoying and stops completely the import queue.
