Bug Description
With the per-user package listings for dapper fixed and in place, people are starting to use it more, as it shows everything, and in order of translation priority.
The translators know what to translate by looking at the bars: if they see red, there's stuff to translate. However, if the template is nearly fully translated, except it lacks a few strings, the colour bars are not the best indicator.
I suggest we use yet another colour when translations are completely up to date (lighter green? might conflict with a11y) or some other visual indication so people can identify up to date templates from those missing just a few strings.

Absolutely right about this... How about a new collumn with the number of remaining unstranslated/not reviewed strings? Just a suggestion...
