We need a UI that allows to discard any translation from a user

We need a UI for translators with edition rights that allow them to deactivate any translation done by a concrete person.

I guess, the best place for it is inside the launchpad.net/people/... tree.

The idea is that you could revert all work done by someone, that is being used in a context (product or distribution) where you have edition permissions. This is a powerful and also dangerous tool because gives you a lot of power with just a couple of clicks. To prevent 'wars' between translators, we should accept this action *only* if the owner of the translations being deactivated doesn't have edition permissions on those context any more. Another option is to also allow you to kill your own translations.
