Moved mspgcc tools

Written for python-msp430-tools by zsquareplusc on 2011-01-11

These are the tools there were part of mspgcc (msp430-jtag, msp430-bsl, ...), now updated and extended. The sources have been updated and cleaned up and new features were added (e.g. download via GDB proxy). It also contains a standalone assembler and linker for MSP430(X).
