pytz 2023.3 has been released, containing the IANA 2023c timezone database. There are no code changes, and the only change to the timezone database is to address as best IANA can the (ongoing) problems with time in Lebanon.

pytz 2023.2 has been released, including the 2023b release of the IANA timezone database. There are no code changes. 2023.1 was skipped, due to 2023b being released so quickly after 2023a to include last minute Egyptian timezone changes.
