Release notes:

This version bring a lot of new features. First of all, the GUI was changed and improved. A status bar was added in the top of the interface, making it nicer. Now pyWebcheck checks periodically updates and tell you, if there are, with a notice. Now there's also a status icon, but actually is used only to remember that pyWebcheck is running in background.

    the top, too.
* Fix: Assigned a close function to the aboutdialog.
* Now pyWebcheck checks updates automatically.
