Quill 0.9.0 released, Adding PDF Support, Settings, and Help

A couple of weeks after the Qt Centre Programming Contest deadline comes the 0.9.0 release of Quill. Except for two bug fixes, this corresponds to the same release that was submitted to the programming contest. This is a development alpha release, and is intended mostly for testers to get their hands on. More feature refinement work needs to be done before a 1.0 release.
