Initial 0.5 version released

After quite some development time, the first 0.5 release of Quill is out. This is a development alpha release, and is intended mostly for testers to get their hands on. A few more features are intended before the final 1.0 release (to be made in time for the Qt Centre programming contest). Go to the release itself for more information.
