 * Fixed a problem on Windows where creating the deployment disk fails
   with error "Access is denied" at the last step ("Flushing data to disk").
   Windows users should use the "Safely Remove Hardware" feature after
   writing the deployment disk to ensure data integrity.

 * Fixed an API compatibility issue on Windows that causes a
   "rapidwriter.exe.log" file to be created with the following traceback::
