TDL has been moved to Google Code

For the past few weeks I've been overhauling the code in tdl and for once made a non buggy version that I've tested before release. The project is now hosted at http://code.google.com/p/python-tdl/
I apologise for anyone that had to put up with some of the many buggy releases that never worked.
