* Add support for the 'samsung-laptop' interface. However, the 'esdm' interface is preferred when the 'easy-slow-down-manager' kernel module is available and can be used.
* Show the control interface currently in use in 'samsung-tools-preferences' configuration dialog and 'samsung-tools' command line utility ('-i' switch).
* Drop checks for old pm hooks.
* Update translations to latest version from Launchpad.
* Add support for lightdm in upstart service.
