We are not going to implement activity libraries so as not to over-complexify the data model, so we will instead create views that allow the user to select activities from other sections, even years, to be copied into the current worksheet. Then the user will have another view to copy a given activity to multiple sections in the current year. That form will list the sections and the underlying worksheets, allowing the user to click on the copy targets.
