SFLphone 0.9.6 rc2 has been released

The 0.9.6rc2 provides the following improvments: common localization system between the KDe client and the GNOME client, restore SIP port modification from the GUI, modify dbuscpp to make sflphoned quit instantaneously, minor bug fixes in KDE anf GNOME client.
