I'm getting a similar problem:
OpenCV Error: Insufficient memory (Failed to allocate 31512620 bytes) in unknown
 function, file ..\..\..\..\ocv\opencv\src\cxcore\cxalloc.cpp, line 52

And my script is a loop consisting of a exists, wait and click statement (in that order)
