SooVee transition finished

Written for SooVee Serial Audio Manager by Jeremy Austin-Bardo on 2009-05-26

Work on transitioning PbParser code to SooVee is complete. The modules have been reorganized and realigned into cli, gui, lib, and several extensions. The application now has a single script that recognizes its name or arguments to determing which interface to load. Comments in the code have been updated and improved as well.
