Bug fix
- Get unintelligible sequence of characters if you don't use utf8 for Spider table.(I'm sorry. This bug fix is included from this version.)
- "UNLOCK TABLES" does not work.
- Can't continue the session if connections are broken at "commit" or "rollback".
- Spider don't modify Spider's manage table at executing "ALTER TABLE ... REMOVE PARTITIONING".
- "insert" might not function before first bulk inserting.
- "crd_mode=3" might not function.
- "SHOW INDEX" does not work well.
- Leak memory if locking is failed with "spider_use_snapshot_with_flush_tables=2".
