ssherminator 0.1.1~terminator626

  * Based on Terminator trunk bzr revision 626

  * Add connections history editing features to let you change/remove the items
    in your connections history (no longer need to hand edit the YAML file)
  * Connections Dialog
    - Single click instead of Double click to select a connection
    - Turned the "Apply" button into a "Connect" button
    - The port number selection box now uses a spin button
    - Cleanup and fix multiple bugs in the row_clicked() function
    - Fix crashing bug when USERNAME key did not exist in environment variables
  * setup.py: Fix crashing bug (terminatorlib -> ssherminator lib transition)
              which rendered setup.py useless
  * SSHConnection class now users a __str__ method to return its description
    instead of the get_text() method
  * Added docstrings to all SSHerminator classes and functions
  * Use an SSHConnection object instead of a big dictionary to hold connection data
    where possible.
