* Add a "Replace current terminal" option alongside split horizontally and vertically
* Update Terminator manpages for SSHerminator and install them with setup.py
* Put the connections history/OpenSSH known hosts TreeView in a ScrolledWindow so it handles

* Issue an error message when python-yaml not installed instead of crashing (LP: #313454)
* Fix bug where we would get incorrect ssh options data if we have > 1 connection with
the same host, port and user (but different ssh options) (LP: #313784)
* Set connection window cancelled value to True by default to stop an error message showing
when clicking on the WM's close window button.
