Project activated in Launchpad

Written for Semi's Spam Milter by Sami-Pekka Hallikas on 2010-08-19

I'm starting to keep this project up in Launchpad, so people can get my code faster. Also I hope there is other people interested this project, and maybe we even could get more people involved this way.

"Old" 2.8 version is imported here, and now I'm starting to work with 3.0 version. First I want to code it again, so code would be as clean as possible. And I hope I find my mistakes at same time.

Also I need more people to try my filter, I do coding in CentOS which really is "RedHat". But I would like to know that people could run my milter on any system they like.
