Comment 12 for bug 1838411

We are using Duplex setup at our end and facing same issue mentioned in this bug. In our scenario, we are rebooting active controller node and facing 4-5 minutes of downtime before any openstack command gets successful. Is there any work/analysis being done on this issue and if not, are there any plans to further work/analyze it?
