new dev-snapshot available - allowing preview of preferences gui integration

There is a new development build (based on revision 64) available for testing purposes.
Please read the WARNING file before usage.
This development release allows you to get first impressions of the almost finished preferences view. We hope you enjoy it. Any feedback is welcome.

* minimum accepted Streamripper version is increased to 1.64.5
* Streamripper options are not fully validated before usage, so take care
