Windows support fixes

Thanks to the nice patches provided by Michael Lippold we have now several nice features
in trunk. Shoutcast view is now sortable by each column, Several Bugs have been fixed...
Additionally, Streamtastic will now ask for the Location of Streamripper if it cannot find it in $PATH. This should make it
possible to use Streamtastic with development releases of Streamripper and under Windows without adding Streamripper to the System $PATH variable.

This is mainly a bugfix release.
As usual it got uploaded to Webstart, so you should get this

Changes:
- Added Cancel all downloads button
- Fixed Bug #221845 (Multiple Downloads of the same Station are allowed)
- Fixed Bug #221002 (Download Table is reset upon cancel)
- Fixed Bug where multiple Messages were sent if a rip was removed
