SWTOR Meters Version 0.1 Released

Today marks the release of version 0.1 of SWTOR Meters. The first release of many to come.
This release only has a handful of the planned functions that I have in my head, but you have to start somewhere.
Files will be made available as soon as they are packaged. Keep an eye on the downloads page.
Please report all bugs found in the bug tracker found on Launchpad.
