The most important features of the 0.7 release are user self-registration and user self-scheduling. Instead of downloading a server and running it locally you can now just register an account at tacenergy.org, create a competition, (optionally) invite others to join your competition, and then run it with your local TAC Energy agent communicating with the central competition server at tacenergy.org.

* Users now receive a mail notification if they are invited to join a competition

* TAC Energy Server upgrade to use grails 1.3.2 (lp:592840)
* Help Ballons added to competition and competition participant views that provide explanations for the parameters
* Server admins can now create system announcements that are publicly shown on the server's web interface
