This release contains necessary changes for the client to communicate with the TAC Energy Server v0.7. Besides this, the documentation was improved and now contains a section describing order flow and server interaction sequences as well as a section that describes self scheduling and execution of competitions on tacenergy.org

* Changes in JmsNotificationService: Added update function to set latest/outdated flag for CashPosition, DepotPosition and Orderbook
* Removed constraint in domain shout to allow outdated shouts on time advancement
* Client now sends specific competition Id as part of ready notification to comply with TAC Energy Server v0.7 requirements
* Ivy/Mave dependency management further streamlined to avoid loading unnecessary 3rd party apis
* CompetitionStatus.groovy updated to comprise the new Competition states desceribed in more detail in Section 7 of the client documentation
* Support for automated fail-over handling on connection losses added ("failover" prefix on broker URL)
* Documentation extended to contain sequence diagrams for typical use cases (e.g. order entry) as well as a description of the self scheduling functionality of the 0.7 version of the TAC Energy Server
* "Password" property in tacenergy section of grails-app/conf/Config.groovy renamed -> apikey
* Current agent configuration now displayed on the start screen of the default web interface
