Tasks-Tracker 0.71 RC1 Released

The first release candidate of Tasks Tracker (v 0.71) has just been released.
Tasks Tracker is a command line utility that allows you to keep track of the tasks needed to be done in a project.
It works like a todo list for projects.
It is very simple to use for people familiar with the command line.
