1.2.3+ versions appearing

No this doesn't mean that there's a bunch of bugs I'm fixing, instead it means that there will soon be an ARB application for tibesti. I'm testing and tweaking and debugging the submission process. Getting the bugs ironed out is taking a few days, mainly focused around the lack of useful documentation on the submitubuntu command that was added to natty's quickly command. I'll get a blog post out about the problems I went through soon.
