Changelog:

* S3 supports has improved a lot. In no particular order, it now supports copy between buckets, ACLs, and request payments. It should also work better with non-AWS implementations.
* A new txaws.server package has been created, allowing to create API servers EC2-style. Some refactoring has been done in that effect, in particular extracting parsing and signature in the EC2 client.
* Python 2.7 is officially supported.
